The Anna wiggle dress is deceptively alluring with its prim-and-proper peter pan collar above a curve-hugging vintage style dress.  It has short cuffed sleeves, princess seams under the darted bust, and eye-catching shiny black buttons down the center of the bodice.  The waist is accented with a buckled belt, and the pencil skirt has a back kick pleat.  The main body of the dress fabric is printed in blue and black, and the collar, sleeve cuffs, and belt are solid black.  Pretty as a picture!
